Role :
HERA will contribute technical, operational and economic information from the IdrogeMO hydrogen demonstrator in Modena and support the development, validation and application of PowerMAX models and digital twins. HERA will provide an industrial perspective on plant configuration, operating constraints, scenario analysis, revenue streams and the interaction of hydrogen storage with electricity networks and markets. The project’s tools and results will also support the assessment of future HERA initiatives, including HydrogER.

Enrico Piraccini
Head of Innovation & Scouting – Enrico leads innovation and technology scouting activities in renewable energy. His work focuses on identifying and assessing emerging technologies, developing partnerships with research and industrial organisations, and supporting innovative projects in renewable generation, energy storage and energy-system integration.

Stefano Longo
Project Manager – Green Gas – Stefano is a Project Manager in the Green Gas line withing Innovation & Scouting department, focusing on the development of renewable hydrogen and green gas initiatives. In PowerMAX, he supports the coordination of HERA’s activities, the exchange of data related to the IdrogeMO demonstrator, and the assessment of technical, economic and market scenarios for hydrogen production and storage.

Christian Maniero
Project Manager | Green Energy – Christian is a Project Manager in the Green Energy line withing Innovation & Scouting department, and works on the development of photovoltaic projects. His activities cover project assessment and development, plant configuration and the integration of renewable generation into broader energy systems. In PowerMAX, he contributes expertise and technical information related to the photovoltaic component of the IdrogeMO demonstrator.
